When Maria Baibakova founded her organization in Moscow, she was committed to building a platform for global contemporary art. Under Baikov's leadership as director and chief curator, they have organized nine critically acclaimed exhibitions featuring over seventy artists from all around the world. Baibakova is a strategic director of Artspace.com, which provides the leading online marketplace for contemporary artworks and she's on several committees including those at Lincoln Center in New York City (LCNY) and Tate Modern London museum. Baibakova also holds a MA from The Courtauld Institute Of Art(London), as well as MBA degrees from Harvard Business School-Boston University.

5.  Maureen Paley

Maureen Paley was one of the first to present contemporary art in London’s East End and has been a pioneer for other artists. She promotes an exciting range with her personal touch, bringing international creativity into local scenes. Maureen Paley was born in New York, studied at Sarah Lawrence College before coming to the UK where she graduated from Brown University. She completed her Masters at The Royal College of Art in 1978-80.
